Situation
Our Client is the owner of the commercial industrial enterprise and he always directed it alone. Because of the life priorities’ change he decided to transfer the company management to the salaried director general.
Task
We had to find a top manager from the similar market or comparable as to the production processes and sales for the B2B segment.
Activities
We developed the office profile, determined the list of the target companies, interesting to the Client. The researchers’ team processed all the enterprises not only in Ukraine but also in Russia and Israel (the owner’s sphere of interest). We gathered references of all the finalists.
Result
Due to the lead counselor and the researchers’ team efforts the project was implemented within 4 months. Difficulty consisted in the Client’s constant preoccupation, and we made the corrections of the office profile in process of the candidate’s search, and move of our candidate to the other city.
Situation
Our client, being the one of the leaders of the Ukrainian market (the food industry), took decision to enhance the Commercial team of the enterprise.
Task
Replacement of the Marketing Director of the managing company by more efficient manager, capable of introducing the new food lines and to increase in a manner the share of the market.
Activities
The high position in the market of our Client did not permit us to study the candidates from the national market. The main options of the search became the companies from Switzerland, Poland and Russia.
Result
The project was completed within 6 months. Its implementation was complicated with the fact that the candidate needed a license to work in Ukraine and more time for move in the country.
Situation
Because of its structure reorganization, the large holding separated the strategic divisions, one of which was the Coal Extraction Division.
Task
It was necessary to engage the most skilled specialist and to invite him to the post of the Coal Extraction Director.
Activities
We selected all the efficient mining companies of the Eastern Europe. We have succeeded to find and to interest a candidate, who was holding the similar position in the CIS largest company. The business owner liked this candidate at once, as the latter was more qualified that it was needed.
Result
Because the coal extraction market is very restricted, we had much time for coordination and the candidate’s transfer to our Client. Except that, we assisted the two parties to make arrangements of the work relations, we promoted the candidate’s move, found the residence for him, proposed some schools to his children and helped him to adapt in the new city. The project was completed within 6 months due to efforts of the Company’s manager, lead counselor and team of researchers.
Situation
We were approached by the engineering managing company. At one stage of the industrial facility building, raised a necessity to have a team of engineers; the agencies with which the Client cooperated before us, failed to perform this task. All their candidates have not been meeting to the vacant job requirements.
Task
The requirement was to close in the shortest time possible two vacant jobs: the power engineer and the combustion engineer with the required work experience at the electric power station.
Activities
As the work with the industrial enterprises is of our profile, we had the necessary candidates at our database. 2 days after the contract signing we succeeded to organize the interview with the Client and to propose him 5 candidates for each of these offices.
Result
The project was implemented within one working week, the candidates are working for more than 2 years and our Company became the exclusive contractor of personnel manager services provision for this Client.
